This notice explains what information Manor Farm Camping collects when you make a booking request or contact us, and what we do with it.
What we collect
When you submit a booking request through this site, we collect: your name, email address, phone number (if you provide one), arrival and departure dates, party details (number of adults and children), whether you're bringing a dog, your chosen unit type and add-ons, any message you add, and whether you've ticked the box to hear about upcoming events and deals.
Why we collect it
We use this information to review your booking request, communicate with you about it, and manage the campsite calendar. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
If you tick the "keep me posted about upcoming events and deals" box when booking, we'll also use your email address to occasionally send you news about the campsite — things like special offers, seasonal openings, or events on the farm. This is entirely optional, separate from your booking confirmation, and only happens if you opt in. You can unsubscribe or ask us to stop at any time — see "Your rights" below.
Who we share it with
Booking details are stored in our booking database and are visible only to the campsite owner. To notify the owner of a new request, relevant booking details are sent by email via our transactional email provider (Resend). We don't share your information with any other third party.
How long we keep it
We keep booking records for as long as needed to manage your stay and for our own basic record-keeping afterwards. If you'd like us to delete your details sooner, just ask — see contact details below.
Cookies
This site doesn't use tracking or analytics cookies. The only cookie in use is a session cookie set when the campsite owner logs in to the booking dashboard — it isn't set for guests browsing or booking the site.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. To do so, email manor.farm.camping@gmail.com.
